Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver customer solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term customer loyalty
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications and software industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
