As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing voice support to clients in Japanese. Your role includes managing service desk operations and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.

  • Provide voice support to clients in Japanese, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Manage service desk operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
