Our Record-to-Report (R2R) services span maintaining financial records, financial closing, and reporting. We deliver high-value services in Accounting & Closing, Commercial, Tax, and Master Data Services, driving optimization and digitalization with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for third-party and intra-company requests, including emergency requests.
- Contact requestors for discrepancy resolution and provide support to Siemens Business Units as needed.
- Analyze and resolve queries by coordinating with customers and internal departments.
- Ensure accurate master data maintenance for Customer/Vendor records.
- Possess a solid understanding of AR/AP processes and quality methodologies.
- Maintain proper accounting controls during all processing activities.
- Work across multiple applications/ERPs to manage tasks effectively.
What You Bring
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- Flexibility to work in night or early morning shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage complexity with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- A professional, service-oriented attitude with excellent analytical skills.
