Job Summary
As an Experience Engineer, you will leverage coding skills to develop engaging visual experiences across web, mobile, and other interfaces. Your role will involve analyzing business problems, designing and coding solutions, and deploying software that adds value. Working as part of a cross-functional Agile team, you will be dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance applications.
- Analyze, translate, and convert functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs, application code, and configurations.
- Create design specifications, including user interfaces and outputs, and develop application components.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy code while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct unit tests to proactively detect issues and perform code reviews.
- Address and resolve development and production errors.
- Collaborate with peers, provide and receive feedback, and foster teamwork.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., COBOL, Java) and maintain or develop multiple applications.
- Work independently and provide technical guidance, showing strong business acumen in financial services and marketing.

Work Environment: Standard office setting; occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Open to candidates with 0+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business insight.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Swift) and API work.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS services (App Service, Functions, Pipelines).
- Basic knowledge of at least one in-demand programming language.
- Expertise in one layer of the tech stack (e.g., front-end, backend services).
