Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our technology team as a Frontend Intern. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development with expertise in ReactJS and Next.js. As a Team player, you will play a key role in leading a talented team of frontend developers, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the team’s skills are aligned with the company’s goals.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring frontend development teams.
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
