Job Overview:
As a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Worksoft Certify, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to validate business processes and working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for comprehensive business process validation.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and automate business processes.
- Execute automated test suites for regression testing and analyze results.
- Identify and document software defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in creating test strategies and plans for Worksoft Certify projects.
- Provide technical support and expertise on Worksoft Certify to project teams.
- Review peer scripts and suggest improvements.
- Continuously enhance testing methodologies and processes.
- Train and mentor team members on Worksoft Certify best practices.
- Stay updated on Worksoft Certify updates to optimize its usage in testing.
- Handle all Worksoft admin-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automated testing with Worksoft Certify for SAP applications.
- Strong knowledge of test automation principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with testing tool integrations and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in a SAP environment.
- Worksoft Certify certification is a plus.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and tools.
