Overview

Okta is seeking a skilled Business Application Developer – ServiceNow to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key driver in our mission to manage the full lifecycle, compliance, and financial impact of our global technology footprint, you will serve as the technical SME for Software Asset Management (SWAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and workflows to support ITAM processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITAM, Software Asset Management, and others as needed
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Participate in the development of processes and procedures to support the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including ITAM and ITSM modules
• Strong understanding of ITAM and SWAM principles and best practices
• Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, and familiarity with ServiceNow APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
