Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized enablement strategies for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive behavior change and revenue growth
- Conduct needs analysis and skills assessments to identify training gaps
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales performance
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to improve skills and knowledge
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or learning and development
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
