Overview
Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform that combines on-the-job learning and deal execution to drive behavior change and get more revenue per rep. We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Content as a Service (CaaS) team in Pune, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and informative content for customers to effectively use Mindtickle and achieve revenue outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify training needs and create relevant content
- Conduct analysis of customer requirements and develop customized training solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of training programs and materials
- Deliver training sessions to customers, either in-person or virtually, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure successful adoption of Mindtickle
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for enhancements and updates as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
