Overview

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team at Natuvion GmbH, working remotely. As an AI Engineer, you will build AI systems that create real impact in production, leveraging retrieval or agent-based approaches on enterprise data. You will work across two key areas: automating internal processes and building intelligent features into our products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI systems that create real impact in production
• Work with retrieval or agent-based approaches on enterprise data
• Automate internal processes using AI
• Build intelligent features into our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
• Own and maintain production services end-to-end

Requirements

• Experience in building AI systems with real impact in production
• Strong understanding of retrieval or agent-based approaches on enterprise data
• Proficiency in Go and gRPC-based services
• Experience with self-hosted models and custom AI routers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay current with evolving AI technologies
