Responsibilities

• Lead the general ledger operations and intercompany accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and treasury, to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and review the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and maintain technical accounting expertise, including knowledge of US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Participate in special projects, such as financial system implementations and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
