Responsibilities
- Act as the control center for all banking workstreams, including core banking build and compliance
- Hold the entire program in your head, reconciling ambitions with technical capabilities
- Sequence work across multiple teams, ensuring coherence and alignment
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the program is delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational rigor and compliance
Requirements
- Experience in technical program management, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Strong understanding of governance, infrastructure, and operational requirements for a bank
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to sequence work and manage complex programs
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development and engineering
