Overview
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The Risk & Analytics team makes crucial decisions that direct Affirm’s business strategy, designing and running experiments to decide which product features to launch and which marketing campaigns to fund.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance to determine where to invest resources for maximum impact through building tools and analytical frameworks
- Take ownership of the entire analytical lifecycle, from initial question to final business decision, ensuring Affirm grows efficiently and intelligently
- Use data to shape servicing strategy across contact channels, customer segmentation, and more
- Design and run experiments to inform product and marketing decisions
- Build tools and analytical frameworks to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in a full-stack analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
