Overview
Marqeta is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager, GTM Finance – Credit Products to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will focus on Marqeta’s credit business by partnering with Sales, Legal, Product, Credit Risk, and Capital Markets to model pricing, evaluate profitability, and structure deals that win business while protecting unit economics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Credit Risk, and Capital Markets to model pricing, evaluate profitability, and structure deals that win business while protecting unit economics
- Focus on Marqeta’s credit business, with flexibility to support debit and prepaid as needed
- Develop financial models that help secure new bank partnerships and capital providers
- Craft projections, scenario analyses, and economic narratives for credit deals
- Understand life-of-loan economics, vintage performance, capital efficiency, and revenue share splits across multiple parties
- Collaborate with Marqeta’s credit function to build financial models and drive business growth
Requirements
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the credit or payments industry
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to partner with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to drive results
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with MBA or other advanced degree preferred
