Druva is seeking an experienced MSP Billing & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a leading provider of data security solutions, we empower customers to secure and recover their data from all threats.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process billing and reporting for Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and reporting to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and reporting issues
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in billing and reporting, preferably in a SaaS or software company
- Strong understanding of billing and reporting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
