We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Frontend Full Stack to join our team at Rippling in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using frontend and full stack technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Lead code reviews and ensure that the code is maintainable, scalable, and follows best practices
- Participate in the development of the company’s technical strategy and contribute to the improvement of the overall architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on frontend and full stack technologies
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
