- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
- Provide high-quality support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including emails, chats, and calls.

Requirements
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
- Arts & Science background, with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply.
