Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Process Associate to join our Banking Voice team at HCLTech, Chennai. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to ensure awareness of new products, services, and processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
- Arts & Science background, Fresher.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred (Arts & Science).
