Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Process Associate to join our team in Chennai, India. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for our health care domain. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for our health care domain
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Positive communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in US shift timings
- Ability to take inbound and outbound calls
- Freshers from arts and science backgrounds (UG and PG) are eligible to apply
- Graduates from non-technical backgrounds (no B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech graduates/MSc CS, IT, and MCA) are also eligible to apply
