As a Staff Software Engineer, Partners & Integrations, you’ll be a key technical leader and architect responsible for building the systems that enable partners and third-party developers to build on the Nliven platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and technical excellence, requiring you to design scalable APIs, webhooks, and integrations that create value for an expanding partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, architect, and own the external-facing APIs, webhooks, and integration systems that enable partners to build on the Nliven platform
  • Lead technical strategy and decision-making for partner-facing systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and developer experience
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and partner teams to understand integration needs and drive platform evolution
  • Champion best practices around API design, security, documentation, and developer experience across the engineering organization
  • Drive improvements in code quality, testing, and deployment practices aligned with the Empowered Teams and Continuous Delivery model

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep expertise in .NET Core with a strong track record of building scalable, production-grade systems
  • Full-stack capability across modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to elevate team technical capabilities
  • Experience in a remote or distributed team environment and commitment to collaborative communication
