📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Build, design, and deploy scalable Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution and reasoning.
- Implement and optimize RAG-based models and LLM-driven intelligence for contract analytics and legal text extraction.
- Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from experimentation and fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA) to production deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal SMEs, and engineering to deliver AI-first features.
🎓 Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Mandatory: 5+ years of experience in product-based companies building and scaling AI features.
- Expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementation.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong programming skills in Python with backend/API experience (FastAPI), and familiarity with MongoDB and Vector Databases.
