About the Productivity Solutions Team:
Our Productivity Solutions team enhances employee workflows by building tools that streamline their daily tasks, keeping them connected to the broader Goldman Sachs ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications that boost employee productivity.
- Implement new features in back-end services (primarily Java) and integrate with internal systems.
- Manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline management and deployment.
- Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and scalable through best development practices.
- Provide support, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure full regression testing for stability.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong Java programming expertise.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with end-to-end software development.
- Team-oriented, capable of thriving in a regional agile/scrum environment within a global organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with concurrent and reactive programming frameworks like Spring/Vert.x.
- Full-stack development experience with frameworks like React or Angular.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE principles.
