The Opportunity: Are you ready to architect the future of autonomous AI? E-Solutions, a global leader in applied AI consulting, is seeking a visionary Digital AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of our next-generation Agentic AI platforms. You will be the lead technical authority, shaping how we use frameworks like NVIDIA NeMo and LangGraph on Azure and GCP to solve complex business problems and redefine industries from recruitment to finance.
What You Will Do:
- Architect & Design: Design, document, and govern sophisticated, multi-agent AI solutions and platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and resilient by leveraging cloud-native best practices (containerization, orchestration, DR).
- Technical Leadership & Strategy: Drive innovation across our digital engineering teams, contribute to the firm’s AI strategy, and establish the best practices for building enterprise-grade Agentic AI.
- Client Engagement & Pre-Sales: Act as the trusted technical advisor to senior client leaders. You will support pre-sales efforts, lead technical conversations, and translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for our stakeholders.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Work across business units to identify and develop new opportunities for AI solutions, fostering deep relationships and demonstrating thought leadership on the application of cutting-edge AI.
Core Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of a proven track record in architecting complex AI solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with languages like Python, Java, or React.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise:
- AI Architecture: Deep expertise in Agentic AI architecture (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, state management, intelligent routing) and experience building solutions using LLMs and foundational models.
- AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with NVIDIA NeMo for model development and frameworks like LangGraph.
- Cloud Platforms: Expert-level skills in either GCP or Azure, including services for security, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- DevOps & Cloud-Native: Strong command of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration, web services, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Who You Are:
- A natural consultant with experience working directly with clients to define and develop solutions.
- A skilled communicator, comfortable leading technical deep dives with senior executives.
- A cross-functional collaborator with experience working in geo-distributed teams.
