Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications using Java and React.
- Building robust back-end systems, including microservices and RESTful APIs, utilizing the Spring Boot framework.
- Developing responsive, modern, and intuitive user interfaces (UIs) using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Collaborating closely with UX designers, product owners, and other engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver new features.
- Participating actively in architecture discussions and peer code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
- Optimizing applications for speed and scalability across the entire stack.
- Integrating with various databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Working with CI/CD pipelines (like Jenkins and Git) to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate:
- Experience: 6–9 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Back-End Expertise: Deep mastery of Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for building microservices.
- Front-End Expertise: Strong, hands-on proficiency with React.js and its core principles. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- API Development: Proven experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful web services.
- Databases: Proficiency in working with relational databases (like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- DevOps & Cloud: Solid familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure, or OCP/Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- Methodology: Must have proven experience working effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
