About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Technical Interns to support our Microsoft CRM and Dynamics 365 projects. This is a hands-on role where you will gain practical experience configuring, testing, and customizing enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions while learning industry best practices from experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Collaboration
- Assist the team across development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support configuration changes and minor customizations in Microsoft CRM and Dynamics 365 under guidance.
Documentation & Management
- Help prepare and maintain technical documentation (configuration details, customizations, user guides).
- Contribute to developing minor modules or enhancements following coding and security best practices.
Development & Testing
- Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure solution quality.
- Help identify, reproduce, and document bugs, assisting in troubleshooting and debugging.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in Microsoft technologies.
- Maintain Microsoft certifications and participate in training to enhance skills.
- Travel may be required for key project milestones.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science.
- Foundational knowledge of software development (C#, .NET, JavaScript).
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and project needs.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team.
- Proactive interest in working with enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions.
- Coursework or personal projects in cloud computing or enterprise applications are a plus.
