Role Overview
As a Frontend Engineering Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in building the core user experience of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create fast, responsive, and accessible web interfaces that directly impact real users. From crafting sleek UI components to optimizing performance and debugging across browsers, you’ll gain deep, practical experience in developing and shipping modern web applications. This is a great opportunity to learn best practices in frontend development, contribute meaningful code, and grow as an engineer in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain user interfaces using React and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Translate product designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs
- Participate in UI/UX discussions and contribute to improving the product experience
- Debug, test, and write clean, maintainable code
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with React.js and core JavaScript (from personal projects, coursework, or internships)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices
- At least one completed project showcasing your frontend skills
Bonus Skills:
- Solid foundation of data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of NextJS and TanStack queries is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), REST APIs, and build tools like Webpack or Vite
- Exposure to state management libraries like Redux
- Passion for UI/UX and keeping up with frontend trends
Eligibility
Education: Currently enrolled in a B.Tech (Computer Science or related fields) program.
